Innoware’s Weekly Millionaire Blog – Edition 5 – Feb 4, 2018
Time flies fast. We are on yet another Sunday today and you are reading my Blog # 5 of 520 on the topic of “Investing Longterm in Stock Market Index based ETFs”.
I hope you will be with me in this 10 year journey, where I am attempting to convert an investment of an equivalent of $20 a day (or $415 a month or $5,000 a year), for 10 years to over $ 1 million by staying the course irrespective of whether we are in a bull market, dip/correction territory or even in a recession / bear market.
We have decided to retire our other website http://TradingVolatility.info and have merged this website with http://IndexInvesting.xyz
Now both are books (Trading Volatility and Index Investing) are downloadable from the website http://IndexInvesting.xyz. We noticed that this “merging” of the 2 websites messed up the “downloading capability” and we apologize. Soon, we will be fixing the downloading issue.
In case you need a copy of either or both books, do send us an email at
and I will send the books via email to you.
Opening an account in a no cost or low cost brokerage
As mentioned in our previous blogs, one can use Robinhood app (no fee) or TastyWorks.com (low fee) brokerages to get into this long term investing. A low fee or no fee brokerage will be of immense help if you are looking at an investment of just $415 per month, month after month, for 10 years.
Dip/Correction of Indexes last week
If one did not start this 10 year journey, what better time than now, when you get all the tickers mentioned on Page 67/68 of our Index Investing book (like SVXY, TQQQ, UPRO, SPXL, UDOW, URTY, DDM, SSO, ONEQ, SPY, DIA, IWM and QQQ) at a good discount.
And if one already got started, you don’t even have to worry about your portfolio value having dropped. Since we are in week 5 of this journey, this month’s $415 would fetch you these stock market based index funds at a better price than last week(s).
Note: Nothing would make us more happy than to see 10,000 more new millionaires in the year 2028!!
